Jeff Moore - Owner / Designer
Jeff is a 1989 graduate of the University of Kentucky College of Landscape Architecture, and since, has practiced as a designer and project director for two of the top firms in South Florida. After returning home to Lexington in 1994 he managed the Design and Construction division of a local Garden Center until starting Signature Landscapes, LLC in 2003.

Working in South Florida, Jeff received valuable knowledge working with innovative staff and ideas in a state of the art green industry; further enhancing his passion and desire to service clients with the zest he has for the profession. Upon returning home to Kentucky he has continued this practice and has now enveloped it in Signature Landscapes.

Paulann Moore - Owner / Office and Human Resource Manager
Paulann is a 1987 graduate of Midway College. After 16 years of practicing as a registered nurse she followed her love for landscaping and the outdoors and joined her husband Jeff in opening Signature Landscapes.

Frank Hollingshead - General Manager / Designer
Frank is a 1979 graduate of the University of Ky. College of Fine Arts and has been involved with the landscape industry, both in design and in hands on installation and maintenance since 1980. He has worked for several large landscape companies in the bluegrass area as well as owning his own business. With more than 25 years in the green industry he is still excited by the process of creating three dimensional art through texture, color, and form with living plant material. He enjoys seeing his individual designs for each customer come to life.
